Websites made impossible to ignore.

A design and development studio for founders in Malaysia who need a site that carries the weight of the business behind it. Custom built, end to end, from RM1,000.

Three revision roundsThirty-day defect warrantyHosting managed

A monumental folded matte-black wall cut by one narrow bone-lit incision with a hairline of lime inside it, standing on a wet mineral floor against a warm bone wall under hard equatorial light.
FF studio imagery. The incision stands at 12.53° — the angle measured from the slash in the FF mark, and the angle every cut on this site is built from.

Selected work

Shown at a size you can actually judge.

Small images hide weak work. Everything here is presented large enough to read the typography, the spacing and the craft — which is the only honest way to show a website.

What FF builds

Websites. All of one thing, done properly.

  • Landing and launch pages
  • SME and corporate websites
  • Portfolio and personal-brand websites
  • Campaign and event websites
  • E-commerce websites
  • Booking and enquiry-driven websites
  • Editorial and content-led websites
  • Experimental, motion-led, 3D and WebGL experiences

Custom web applications are not part of the offer yet.

Who it is for

Founders who already know the site is doing them no favours.

01

Launching

A new business, product, venue or personal brand that has to look credible the first time anyone sees it — before there is a track record to point at.

02

Levelling up

The site was improvised or it has aged, and it is now quietly costing you enquiries. The work is better than the presentation, and people can tell.

03

Making a statement

A campaign, collection, event or new offer that deserves an experience people remember, rather than another page on a company website.

Range

Two jobs that look opposite.

Most studios are good at one of these. A site that has to sell calmly and a site that has to be remembered are different problems, and FF takes both — which is why it is worth saying out loud rather than implying it.

A translucent warm bone resin mass pressed against a dense matte-black slab, with a narrow seam under visible tension.

Calm commercial execution

Fast, legible, and built to convert. Clear structure, real performance work, accessible from the first pass, and nothing on the page that is not earning its place.

A stepped diagonal array of thin smoked-glass planes on an almost black field, located by one fine bone line and a small lime tick.

Expressive technical work

Authored motion, original interaction, WebGL and 3D where the idea genuinely needs it — built so it still works on a mid-range phone, with the keyboard, and with motion turned off.

Available to website projects

  • UI design
  • Frontend development
  • Animation
  • WebGL and 3D
  • Copywriting
  • SEO
  • CMS implementation
  • Backend work
  • E-commerce

These are available to website projects. They are not all included in every scope — what your project needs is agreed in the proposal.

Projects from

RM1,000

The entry price is a starting scope, not a lower standard.

RM1,000 buys a focused custom site — a landing page, a campaign page, a portfolio, a compact business presence — with content you supply. What grows past it is breadth and complexity, never the quality of the design or the build. Most projects land between RM1,000 and RM5,000, and you get the number in writing before anything starts.

Full scope, care plans and FAQ

In every build

  • Project scoping and a recommended technical approach
  • Custom visual direction for your brand
  • UI design and responsive frontend development
  • Mobile, tablet and desktop adaptation
  • Purposeful motion and interaction where it earns its place
  • Essential performance, accessibility and technical SEO work
  • Contact, enquiry and WhatsApp paths where relevant
  • Deployment, SSL and launch configuration

What moves the price

  • How many pages or templates, and how different each one is
  • How ready your content is, and how much of it FF has to finish
  • Motion, 3D, WebGL and interaction complexity
  • Whether you need to edit the site yourself
  • Catalogue size and payment requirements for e-commerce
  • Booking, form, API and third-party integrations
  • Chinese implementation and translation work
  • Migration from an existing site

Quoted separately: full website copywriting, or a major content restructure, original photography or 3D asset creation, and large migration workloads.

Process

Five stages, no surprises.

You always know which stage you are in, what is due from you, and what is due from FF. Everything commercial is fixed in writing before the first line of design.

  1. 01

    Brief

A WhatsApp conversation about the business, the objective, references, the functions you need, what content exists, budget and target date. If the smallest sensible scope will not reach a strong result, you hear that here rather than after the deposit.

  2. 02

    Direction

A written proposal fixes deliverables, exclusions, timeline, ownership, hosting, revision rules and price. Work begins on a 50% deposit and the content FF needs to start.

  3. 03

    Build

The intended experience is presented before it is finished, then designed and developed. Simple websites can be done in a few days. Complicated work, including 3D and WebGL, takes a week or more.

  4. 04

    Refine

Three revision rounds. Consolidate your feedback for each round and it moves fast. Genuinely new scope is quoted separately rather than absorbed quietly.

  5. 05

    Launch

Content, responsiveness, forms, performance and launch configuration are tested, the final 50% falls due before the site goes public, and the thirty-day defect warranty starts the day it does.

The parts people usually find out too late.

Three

revision rounds, included. Consolidate your feedback per round and it moves fast. Genuinely new scope is quoted rather than absorbed quietly — and you are told which it is.

30 days

defect warranty from the day the site goes live. Anything broken in FF-delivered work is fixed, free, inside that window.

50 / 50

Half to begin, half before launch. Deliverables, exclusions, timeline, ownership and hosting are all written down first.

Hosted

FF provides and manages hosting, and recommends it — but you own your domain and your content, and a fully paid site can be handed over whenever you ask.

Days

A simple site can be finished in a few days. Complicated work, including 3D and WebGL, takes a week or more. You get the real timeline, not the flattering one.

Direct

You talk to the person doing the work, on WhatsApp, in English or Bahasa Malaysia. No account layer between you and the build.

The studio

FF is small on purpose, and specific about it.

The studio takes a handful of projects at a time so each one gets the attention that makes it worth the money. Work outside the standard is declined rather than accepted and diluted. That is the whole operating model, and it is the reason the quality holds at RM1,000 as well as at RM5,000.

How FF works

Work FF turns down

  • Budgets that cannot carry the breadth being asked for
  • Scope with no definition, or unlimited revisions
  • A copy of a competitor’s site delivered as "custom"
  • Timelines that make a reliable launch impossible
  • Custom web applications — outside the offer for now

Saying so early is cheaper for both sides than discovering it in week two.

Tell FF what you are building.

A message with the business, what you need it to do, and roughly when — that is enough to get a straight answer on scope, timeline and price. If the budget cannot reach a good result, you will hear that first rather than last.
