WhatsApp is the fastest route and the one FF actually runs projects on. Five lines are enough to get a straight answer on scope, timeline and price.

What to put in the first message.

None of this needs to be polished. It exists so the first reply can be useful instead of a request for more information.

  1. 01

    The business

What you do, who buys it, and anything already online.

  2. 02

What the site has to do

Enquiries, bookings, sales, credibility, a launch moment.

  3. 03

    References

Two or three sites you like, and one sentence on why.

  4. 04

    Content

What copy, photography and logo already exist.

  5. 05

    Budget and date

A range is fine. It decides the scope more than anything else.

What happens next.

If the budget cannot reach a good result, you hear it in the first conversation. That is a better outcome than a project that disappoints both sides.

  1. First reply

A reply with an honest read on fit, the smallest scope that gets you a strong result, and a price range.

  2. Then

A written proposal: deliverables, exclusions, timeline, ownership, hosting, revision rules, price.

  3. On agreement

50% deposit, the content FF needs, and the build starts. The other 50% falls due before launch.
