Services

One service. Priced honestly.

FF designs and builds custom websites, end to end. Everything below is what you are actually buying — including the parts most studios leave for the invoice.

Projects from

RM1,000

Most projects land between RM1,000 and RM5,000. Your number is fixed in writing before any work starts.

The entry price limits the breadth, never the standard.

At RM1,000 the scope is focused — a landing page, a campaign page, a portfolio, a compact business presence — built custom, with content you supply. Nothing about the design, the build quality, the performance work or the accessibility work drops to meet the price. What grows past it is how much site there is, and how complicated it has to be.

What FF builds.

  • Landing and launch pages
  • SME and corporate websites
  • Portfolio and personal-brand websites
  • Campaign and event websites
  • E-commerce websites
  • Booking and enquiry-driven websites
  • Editorial and content-led websites
  • Experimental, motion-led, 3D and WebGL experiences

Custom web applications are not part of the offer yet. If that is what you need, you will be told in the first conversation rather than three weeks in.

Where the line sits.

Included in every build

  • Project scoping and a recommended technical approach
  • Custom visual direction for your brand
  • UI design and responsive frontend development
  • Mobile, tablet and desktop adaptation
  • Purposeful motion and interaction where it earns its place
  • Essential performance, accessibility and technical SEO work
  • Contact, enquiry and WhatsApp paths where relevant
  • Deployment, SSL and launch configuration
  • Three revision rounds
  • Cross-device launch checks
  • A thirty-day defect warranty after launch

What moves the price

  • How many pages or templates, and how different each one is
  • How ready your content is, and how much of it FF has to finish
  • Motion, 3D, WebGL and interaction complexity
  • Whether you need to edit the site yourself
  • Catalogue size and payment requirements for e-commerce
  • Booking, form, API and third-party integrations
  • Chinese implementation and translation work
  • Migration from an existing site
  • How urgently you need it live
  • What ongoing support you want afterwards

Quoted separately

  • Full website copywriting, or a major content restructure
  • Research-heavy or multilingual content production
  • Original photography, video, illustration or 3D asset creation
  • Large product, catalogue, article or migration workloads

Content. Light content help is included where it is quick and necessary — tightening a heading, correcting a short passage, choosing between the material you already have. Thorough copywriting is quoted with the project.

Language. English, Bahasa Malaysia, or both together — no language surcharge. Chinese is quoted separately, whether it replaces the default languages or is added alongside them. You supply or approve the translations unless translation is written into the quote.

How a project runs.

Five stages. Half the fee begins the work, half falls due before launch, and the thirty-day defect warranty starts the day the site goes public.

  1. 01

    Brief

A WhatsApp conversation about the business, the objective, references, the functions you need, what content exists, budget and target date. If the smallest sensible scope will not reach a strong result, you hear that here rather than after the deposit.

  2. 02

    Direction

A written proposal fixes deliverables, exclusions, timeline, ownership, hosting, revision rules and price. Work begins on a 50% deposit and the content FF needs to start.

  3. 03

    Build

The intended experience is presented before it is finished, then designed and developed. Simple websites can be done in a few days. Complicated work, including 3D and WebGL, takes a week or more.

  4. 04

    Refine

Three revision rounds. Consolidate your feedback for each round and it moves fast. Genuinely new scope is quoted separately rather than absorbed quietly.

  5. 05

    Launch

Content, responsiveness, forms, performance and launch configuration are tested, the final 50% falls due before the site goes public, and the thirty-day defect warranty starts the day it does.

After launch

Someone has to keep it running.

Managed care is recommended, not required. FF hosts and looks after the sites it builds — that is the reason they still work a year later. You can also take the site and host it elsewhere.

Care

RM59 /month

or RM590 a year

The site stays up, current and safe.

  • Managed hosting, SSL and CDN
  • Uptime monitoring
  • Backups or version recovery appropriate to the stack
  • Security and dependency maintenance
  • Fixes for defects in FF-delivered work
  • No routine content changes

Maintain

RM149 /month

or RM1,490 a year

Everything in Care, plus a monthly hand on the site.

  • Up to 60 minutes of minor content or visual changes each month
  • Priority WhatsApp support
  • A basic monthly health check

Evolve

RM299 /month

or RM2,990 a year

Everything in Maintain, plus the site keeps improving.

  • Up to three hours of iterative improvements each month
  • Basic analytics review
  • One quarterly improvement recommendation
  • Priority scheduling for small enhancements

Maintenance time does not roll over. New pages, redesigns, new features, campaign production, extensive content and third-party usage costs are quoted separately. Domain fees are billed separately at cost. Hosting is recommended, not required.

Questions worth asking.

What does RM1,000 actually get me?

A custom website — designed for your business, not filled into a template. At the entry price the scope is focused: a landing page, a campaign page, a portfolio or a compact business presence, with content you supply. The standard of design and build does not drop with the price; the breadth does.

How long does it take?

A simple website can be finished in a few days. Complicated projects — heavy content, e-commerce, original interaction, 3D or WebGL — take a week or more. The timeline is written into the proposal before anything starts.

How many revisions do I get?

Three rounds, included. Consolidate your feedback for each round rather than sending it in pieces. Work that is genuinely new scope rather than revision is quoted separately, and you are told which it is before it is done.

Do you host it?

FF provides and manages hosting, and recommends it — it is the reason the site keeps working after launch. It is not mandatory. You own your domain and your content, and a fully paid site can be handed over or migrated whenever you ask for it.

What happens if something breaks after launch?

Defects in FF-delivered work are fixed free for thirty days after launch. After that, a care plan covers them, or they are quoted individually.

Can you write the copy?

Light content help is included — tightening headings, fixing short passages, choosing between material you already have. Thorough copywriting is real work and is quoted with the project.

Can the site be in Bahasa Malaysia?

Yes. English, Bahasa Malaysia, or both, with no language surcharge. Chinese is quoted separately, whether it replaces the default languages or is added alongside them.

Can I edit it myself?

If you need to, say so in the brief — it changes the build and the price. If you do not, FF handles changes and the site stays simpler and faster for it.

How does payment work?

50% before work begins, 50% before the site goes public. Nothing is hidden between those two moments: deliverables, exclusions and price are all written into the proposal first.

Do you build web applications?

Not yet. FF sells websites — including complex, interactive and commerce-driven ones. Custom web applications are outside the current offer, and you will be told that in the first conversation rather than three weeks in.
